Beef It or Leave It
Big Fat Cow is a post-country band delivering yee and haw from the land of cowpoke fuzz (Kansas City, MO) since 2022. Big Fat Cow’s first endeavor was a folk album (Glutton for Punishment) written and recorded by Noah Cassity and mastered and digitized by Kole Waters. Wanting to perform the songs live, Noah recruited the help of Kole on lead guitar alongside childhood friend Alex May to play bass. Kole brought in Matt Chipman to play drums to finish out the band.
Meeting for the first time at KA Studios, the newly formed quartet poured into Noah’s folk songs, turning them into the rock, alt Americana, and cowpunk pieces heard live and on air today.
Big Fat Cow gets your bodies, hearts, and minds moooving with a sound sure to have you dancing and/or crying.
Big Fat Cow is currently working on their first full length album set to be released sometime is 2027!
